no no Lynnette... you only use a little teeny bit....I've used one color about 3 times now and I've hardly dented the pot! I am not saying it is not pricey....just that there are a lot more than 5 sets per pot!

Lynnette, I was playing around with the OPI SOG...and bought 2 for 20.00 each...then I saw a starter kit...for 99.95 ..it has 6 colors (2 of which I had JUST bought) base coat,topcoat, bond aid, nas-99 and the little brush they use for the color. ...and OH what a difference that little brush makes!! It makes application soo easy and effortless. Not sure why probably cause it is small. But anyway 6 colors alone are usually 120.00 plus base and top....so starter kit is a GREAT deal. they also have dark color kits and light color kits that are more economical than purchasing separately. I think the starter kits come in light and dark also...I got the dark. I also had trouble removing the SOG... or as OPI calls them, lacquer... I soaked in acetone...it is supposed to come off in flakes...but it says in the instructions to NOT pry or pull off.....I used all their products and i still had trouble and it took a LONG time! But the plus side is...it is staying on her nails great and for much more than the usual week with polish so she is loving it! I was surprised because one of the ummm err ... "other" salons is advertising OPI SOG also...and getting 32.00 for each service! (I can't call it a NSS cause I don't know) BTW I also got a lot of those "received" emails ...
