Well u have 2 choices.
Choice #1:
 You could put acrylic on the front 25% of the nail and fill the rest in 
with gel.
Choice #2
The ends could be breaking because what ever product you are using is 
too soft,
so there for try to find a gel that is more rigid than what you are using.
