I had to have a wart removed in that same spot on both hands. One I had removed the same way Alice did. The other I removed myself by using matches. Blowing out the match and putting it directly on the wart until it started to hurt. It would turn black and top part fall off then I would do it again. It didn't scare doing it that way but probably not the safest way. My daughter did the duct tape and it worked well. I hope they read Alice's papers. Her nails looked great. Angie Wingerter
