I have had issues with a couple but overall I love mine. No logs, no cleaning, etc. If I had to do it all over again I would. My clients love that they don't have to wonder if it's clean or not. They KNOW it is. I've had to turn it down due to the water getting too warm. Yes, it gets warm on the bottm but if I turn it down, they're fine. No one has ever complained about my choice of foot bath.
