I have the 2 handed IBD lamp (Jet 5000) and do all 5 fingers at once, switching hands back and forth for flash curing if needed, so I am always working. For the final cure I make sure the client has their thumbs kind of facing up to make sure all angles get done. I use this lamp to cure a UV sealant on my acrylics too, so I can just apply to all 10 like polish and then dry all at once. What I really really want is one of those cool tables that has the UV light right UNDER the table top! That would be soooooo groovy... (NOTE: Did you guys just see that I, Michelle "Acrylic" Cordes, just chimed in on a gel question!!!! That, my friends, is PROGRESS...)

Akzentz and many others shows in there videos to do all five fingers and cure. Does anyone know if there is a difference in the shape of tunnel lamps to allow a five finger cure over a four? If there is it would be worth getting to be able to cure all five at once. Do any of you cure all five at once? Everything cures for 2 min execpt when you use tri-light for your finish cure for 3min better shine. PNI has a nice tunel light for about 50 bucks. Hopes this helps. I am going to be purchasing the Akentz traditional gel to play around with. Any ideas on time frames for this type of lamp. I remember seeing different time frames for a 9W lamp, from Pati, for the Axxium product. Any info you could give me would be helpful. Thanks. ~debi~ 631.678.7126 [email protected] ToTheEnd4Me -- You received this message because you are subscribed to the Google Groups "NailTech" group.
