Forgot to add--- no one should ever not keep paper appointments. Phones get wet, computers crash, batteries die. That equals much lost important info. I would never think of not having my paper book. It is cool to sync your info from your phones, but I also know people who have lost pertinent info that way. I LOVE my old Visor. My BB is good and so is the iTouch.
