Her name is Leslie. I have talked to Leslie and Cassie that works there a few times lately. I have to say they have the best customer service. They sent me samples of their different gels and I am loving them. I haven't messed with sog yet, but I have a couple of family members that are going to let me try on their natural nails next week. I asked LE about their gel polishes and they said that they didn't want to change their gel polish colors to make them soakables because they wouldn't be as good. She said you just use sog under them on natural nails and it will work. They have videos on their site.
Lynnette, I think what you are asking is...can you use sog polish over traditional gels directly on the roughed up nail after your done shaping? I do and it works great. For some reason I don't have good luck using any kind of gel polish over ac. I just know it does and it's great stuff. I have often thought about doing that but I didn't want any problems so I didn't. I can see where you might think IF the new growth is not that much you * could* get away with it...(but NOT for every fill ....then you would have no strength)....BUT I think the system is made so you have to use a base coat ... whether it be SO or traditional... JMHO When applying it to natural nails... don't you put a layer of base SO gel down? just curious.. Pati 'Good friends are like stars.. Thanks for all the help honey!!
