No, I did not see anything there. But you can look up stick on jewels. I found 
some sites that were pretty cheap. 
Now how to market this without looking bad.

didn't the site say, "the technician warmed the sheets of jewels with her 
hands...the jewels are applied either all together as the sheet or individually 
placed..But they had glue already on them",,the warming "Loosens" the glue
