I've only had a few come back...and have just been filling --- buffing and
reapplying. So far, the few test fingers I've soaked off take at east 8 min of
soaking time with no peeking.

Becky,

We are hearing that technicians are charging $5 for an initial or new
application than their regular manicure price.. a re-do - re-color
call it what you like, would be $7.50-$10 more which includes the
soak off time.

We suggest you ask them to come 15 minutes early to set up their soak.

We also had a great suggestion.. pre make cotton ball and foil sets
of 10, so when the customer comes for the soak-off you simply have to
grab a set & the remover, soak the balls in remover, and wrap each
finder with a cotton ball in the foil.
