Wow!
I am reading these posts about client software and I realize one thing. My husband a Software consultant and some of the software he supports is CRM. (mostly accounting software for large companies) I could already have access to everything I will need already and didn't even realize it. But then I have been an employee for the past several years. I am so looking forward to being self employed again! What I especially like about Intellect is that if I want to send an e-mail to a client, I simply go into the "mail" portion of the program, and click "new mail message" and in the "to" area all I have to do is type the client's name and the e-mail address is completed automatically (assuming, of course, that you've included the client's e-mail in the client/contact area). Intellect also integrates beautifully with MS Word to do mail merges. In my opinion, if you're using an e-mail program that you're happy with, then you probably don't need to spend the extra $$ for Chaos Intellect. I personally like the complete functionality of Chaos Intellect/ I'd say play around with it for awhile. The T&C website also has some good tutorials to help you out. I'd strongly suggest you give it a try. I'm sure I don't use many of the features that T&C offers to their fullest extent but I've definitely found it to be more than adequate for my needs.
