darn! Cosmoprof did not have a kit...I bought 8 colors and base and top all separately...I *tried* to wait till Premiere to buy it but I couldn't control myself!! I LOVE it BTW...goes on so nice and easy.. What's the difference in cnd's Shellac's lamp and any other...including Brisa's? Oh wait..Brisa is a 4 finger and the new one is a full hand right? Is it a 9 watt?
