The color layer under the white is sticky, this keeps it from moving ;o)

I honestly don't know if I will use the white Shellac - I am
SOooOoooooO very particular about my whites on anything I do- I don't
like them too straight, too thick, lumpy or uneven... I guess it's the
OCD in me, so I have a feeling I wil be using the Cina pen unless I
can get the white exactly how I want it with Shellac. I still am not
sure we can clean it up like polish because there is no benefit of the
polish partially drying (and making the swipe neater) to keep it from
moving after it's been swiped..
