don't really get how one tunnel lamp is different from another.

I just got off the phone with Candace at CND and she said she can't
list me on the salon finder if I'm not going to use their lamp.
Gah! I'm not spending another $100 if I don't have to. She wasn't
really able to explain to me, to my satisfaction, why a) the colors
can be layered but not mixed and b)why the CND lamp is any different
than any other gel lamp. What do you folks think?
