Sorry, clicked the send to fast. This really gives us insight to how the public interprets what we do and how we do things. It makes me stop and think about all the things I quickly judge and think I know what I am talking about when I don't know at all. We should all think about what people are saying and let that help us in the way we market and educate the public. People really get mad that you have to do this service in a salon and (we) just want their money. Well ya, I want their money but I want to honestly earn it. Some people will never become a client, but what about their friends and family that they say this stuff to. It just makes me stop and think about how our industry could be soooo much more busier and productive if the public had more positve feedback then all these false facts and of course so many nss techs out there. I think we will always have to fight this battle.
