Don't count all the other gel companies out of the new LED trend.
Curing that fast means many traditional gels need to be reformulated
or recreated due to the way they work and then properly tested to be
sure the gel doesn't get brittle, cures thoroughly in the time state,
stays as shiny for as long as traditional gel, maintains flexibility
etc etc etc. You know how gel gets hot fast? figuring out the heat
issue is something to be considered, will LED gels give no heat or
WORSE heat if your piling it on the nail. Brush on LED gels of course
aren't a problem, just like brush on classic gels, but when you build
a ton of gel on a nail what does the LED lamp do with it as far as
heat goes? I'll be thrilled to build gels with no heat and no wait
time, so I'm keeping an eye out as companies start releasing their
gels to see if they are all just buying from the same manufacturer
(thus the same product as the next) or creating their own LED gels.

Good LED lamps as diana said are expensive because a good LED bulb is
expensive, the plus side is they last for 1000 hours... which means
you will likely not have to replace them for many years (most spend
$100 a year on good UV bulbs and replacing them every 4-6 months).
