LOL Becky. I was so heated about the situation that Debbie had to delete my last response to you. =)

This is the mature and professional version.

I really think that the techs who are frustrated by CND's lamp launch should consider "voting with their wallets". I'd be willing to bet that if you called customer service, expressed your displeasure, and told them you wanted your money back, they would quickly find a way to smoothe out the situation. Perhaps give you a deep discount on a future purchase or something. It never hurts to ask "what will you do to make this right?"

Best of luck.

Thanks for saving me from embarassing myself Deb. ; )

I feel compelled to share with each of you that....

I STILL DON'T HAVE MY LAMP FROM CND. THIS MAKES ME MORE THAN A LITTLE IRRITATED!!!!! THOSE OF US WHO HAVE PRE-ORDERED, SAVED OUR HARD EARNED TIPS AND ALREADY PAID FOR OUR LAMPS SHOULD HAVE THEM WELL BEFORE ANY DAMN TRADE SHOW!!! THERE IS NO GOOD REASON OUR ORDERS SHOULD NOT HAVE BEEN FILLED FIRST!! THIS IS BAD BUSINESS JAN ARNOLD!!!!

argh!!!!!!
