I would not do a fill. Shellac is not a true gel and is not meant to be worn 
for more than 14 days. Who knows what will happen to it if you "fill" it. It 
could come off, peel off, whatever and then your client will think that the 
product is no good. It is important to use products the way that they are 
intended to ensure that they perform the way the manufacturer intended. I do 
experiment with products and other ways to use them, but, not on a client. I 
experiment on myself and 2 friends who let me use them as gunny pigs.
