mine didn't run at all so no need for flash curing.... (I used Shellac)

With the Eco I apply my pink first, cure, then I apply my white like I would 
with regular polish.  I then flash cure the white for 10 seconds to set my 
line.  I can also fix the white prior to flash curing just like regular 
polish....I use a clean dry brush for this if needed.  The key is making the 
line not too thick.  Just thick enough to get coverage.
