I have used a few whites and I agree with Jess the Akzentz whites are nice, I do find them a little "brittle" on some clients. The one I use the most is the Soft white Opaque by CND. I have also used En Vogue with success as well. I am waiting to get my hands on the Reveal from Harmony to see what it is like to work with.
See if you can't get samples from a couple of companies and choose one that works for you and your client. take care!
