Diana, Using the colorpops..they suggested you paint the underside of the display tip...then you do not have to use topcoat. I think that was the difference, for me anyway...in the color coming off when wiping the dispersion layer on display tips vs. not coming off on real nails (cause I use topcoat on real nails)
