I know we've been over this subject a million times, but I watched Holly's vid of the french white application of shellac and it just started right where you apply the white. What did yall say to do before that--it looked like she was just applying it right over the pink. i thought i remembered yall saying you were supposed to swipe it or something. Straighten me out please and walk me through it. i just had a partial day today to get caught up on my mail and of course now i can't find the discussion. i've been looking around the cnd site but can't find any instructions there either.TIA!
