I am a licensed instructor in Illinois and new to this group. 

As for your question, make sure the lamp you choose have at least 36 watts to 
achieve ample curing. This mean four 9 watt bulbs. Anything less is not 
advised. Premier nail has one for $70. I hope this helps.
