It was the SpaManicure line from CND. It was the Scrub and Crystal Activator. I has been discontinued for quite some time, but it can still be found on clearance some places... I believe I just saw some last week at my local Cosmoprof, so I am sure it is still available online somewhere.
That being said, the products that replaced it... the scrub and masque are really nice too. With the old line, you had to use both products together. Now, I use the scrub for my classic manis and both for my spa manis. :) Saves time and money.... I do miss that smell though....
