I haven't tried this with Shellac bottles yet, but have done it with bottles of 
nail polish.

Get some ball bearings - like the ones that are found in some bottles of 
polish.  Add a few to the bottle and the level of product will rise up higher 
so 
the brush will reach.  Just make sure the bearings you try are small enough to 
fit through the opening!

It might just give you a little extra time til your new stock comes in.
