Industry source is out of stock for the base and the top coats...I just called the other day... our cosmoprof (white plains, ny) does not have those 2 either and does not know when it will come in... there is a very nice supply house called Alexis beauty supply in monroe, NY who said..."he expects it to be in next week ..the response has been ridiculous and they (cnd) can not keep up with the orders...but he said they were the largest supplier in NY and they get their orders filled fast...like weekly..." I'll let you know what happens...
