Gloria to remedy this, apply your base, cure then remove the tacky layer, no
need to buff nail unless you have an imperfection like a piece of dust or
lint that cured in the base.  Go ahead and apply your color on this wiped
nail and proceed with the service.  This will prevent shrinking of any kind
from the sidewall or free edge.  We use this application method without any
service breakdown or any problems.
