This is why I use the Footsie Bath, with disposable liners. Just, yuck.

Her feet are peeling very badly I know she has fungus in the 2 big toes. I have done her for 2 yrs now last fall before she left for Fla, I was able to get her to go to the Dr and get prescription lotions for it and she was using it her feet were on the mend. Well this spring she came back and I assumed she had continued treatment,WRONG they were rotten again! I was disgusted and she knew it by the time she left. Well in our time we talked about why she stopped using the cream nightly and the other one weekly. She stated that she was feeling horrible and having side effects from the medication. come to find out upon further investigation she wasn't using gloves to apply the creams. So I informed her she should restart the creams, and use gloves to apply it. Because the skin on our hands are much thinner than that on our feet. I explained to her that a pkg of gloves for 100 is only 5bucks no excuse there right , I even offered a box right there on the spot. Well when she left I was under the assumption that she would get more cream and restart. WRONG, guess who was in this week!! She didn't start back up. I am so upset with this gal, I am learning that the plastics we use in our hand and foot baths are porous and hold the bacteria no matter how much we clean and disinfect. She knew I was upset with her and it didn't seem to bother her one bit! which makes me mad that a person would knowingly continue to not treat a foot disease and subject me and my other clients to it. I have been searching the MI web site for rules and regulations on this but cant find anything, I know legally I can turn her away for it, I just want the paper trail to prove it. I do all of her neighbors and I don't want her bad mouthing me when I tell her next time she calls that I can no longer preform services for her until she is using the prescription and on the mend. I informed her I was going to a waterless pedi and mani system, I am hopping this was enough to I guess drive her away with out any confrontation. Any suggestions?
