Hey Debbie, I have a q, I think it was 2 summers ago I applied for a wash st mani lic was issued one had it sent to a cousin in wash, I was going to move, then didn't I have asked for the lic to be sent to me come to find out they tossed it when. They moved from walla wall to forks. how do I find my numb and see if it is up. For renewal?
