Just thought I'd let you all know how glad I am that I took Jaime
Schrabeck's "waterless pedicures" class 2 years ago! For over a week,
my back has steadily hurt worse and worse (thanks to that speeding
driver that rear ended us in June 2009, 2 weeks before the Smoky Mtn.
Networking Event). I was popping Aleve, Ibuprofin, and muscle
relaxers, in addition to using ice packs and heating pads with almost
no relief. I also was taking arnica tablets that the local Amish folk
use for muscle aches, too!

I couldn't think of anything that I did to strain it, other than walk
the dogs once and lift heavy pedi tubs multiple times a day. In my new
location, I have to carry the pedi tub much, much farther. So this
week I decided to try doing waterless pedi's and I used my husband as
my guinea pig. I'm still tweaking my routine, but I've almost got it
down pat.

Now, going into Friday tomorrow, I've hardly had to take any pain
pills today since making this change!!! Plus, I know you'll find this
hard to believe......I've met no resistance from my clients AND their
feet are even softer when I finish a waterless pedi than they were
when I used water. Thank God that my back is on the mend!!

If you've ever thought about trying waterless pedi's, I highly
recommend them.
