I would definately e-mail the curling concern to the particular manufacturer
to see what they have to say - remedy?  I've switched everybody over &
they're fine - how bad are they curling?
Upward I  would assume.  If you took someones acrylics off & tried to save
the free edge - remember that is thinner & likely to have somewhat of a
"trough effect" (sideways view) between the quick and the nailplate.   This
remains  as the nail grows out  Good luck
