I just pause what I'm doing and say "I need you to relax" and they
drop..."oh, sorry...." they say.

On this note, I think some of our clients are afraid that we're going to
hurt them. I have one client with hyper hydrosis on her hands...any
suggestions for that one? I can barely keep a hold of her, and the reason
she sweats is because the efile makes her nervous. I have never hurt her
with it, but on her last appointment her hands were so slippery that I did
slip and cut her cuticle. Obviously, now she's only going to be worse. She
will be fine when she comes in if she's checking her email or texting, bit
the minute she starts thinking about what I'm doing or stressing about
anything else she starts sweating. I have to have a towel for her...

Suggestions?
