Good Morning, Just in case you didn't read or hear about this, I just read the last paragraph on Creative's site. Also.... I am still in need of both the base and top coat. If you happen to find a site that has it again would you please let me know. 1. CND identified a polymerization problem in a small batch of Base Coat, which was initiated by prolonged exposure to high temperatures during transportation this summer. The issue is contained and we suggest all Shellac product be stored in a cool, dry place. Anyone experiencing a problem with Shellac Base Coat can contact his or her distributor for a refund or replacement. Della Diver Kemp Indianapolis,Ind.
