Hello All, I also use appointment plus for about 3 years now. I really like the service. Its a very easy system to use. I have a samsung moment and can use all functionality on my phone. In addition to sending confirmations to your clients, when you complete your clients service (a function on the system) it sends a thank you email. It also quickly allow you to see your clients last 3 services on the main screen.
