Della, Check out the art pens at: bynubar.com They are polish but they dry soooo quickly that I have had NO trouble putting a gel topcoat over them quite quickly. Be sure to sign up for an account so you can see the discount pricing he gives. They are about $3.80 each and come in collections. You can use the pen OR striper brush. All in one. AWESOME!
