and you are exactly right! CND chooses to use the buzz word of hybrid while other companies have chosen not to in their advertising but in actuality they (SOG's) ALL are.
A hybrid is the combination of two or more different things. That is why I do not understand why Gelish, which IS a gel and polish, would not be considered hybrid. By chemical definition it is.
