No great mystery here and nothing that needs to be worried about or anything. I could have lied and told you B=BOLD E=EXCITING but the truth is it helps the warehouse categorize the ingredient labels. If you look on the bottom accordion label there's a matching letter. But I think they've changed it or are changing it and got it all on one label
