I hear ya! I use Google Calendar when I am at my computer, and Gemini Calendar (which uses the Google Calendar database) on my Evo. My clients can SEE my schedule on my website, but I *do not* want them to make their own appointments. They see when I have openings, and contact me to make an appointment (99% of my clients text me). I am too much of a control freak for them to make their own :D If I see an opening in my book and leave to go somewhere, with my luck a client would schedule just as I reach my destination, and I wouldn't have time to get back to the salon for it, but I don't want to mark it OUT, either, because if someone just needs a repair or something, I COULD do it. There are just too many variables for me to be comfy with the client scheduling thing :D
