I recieved an extremely SMALL box thru Fed Ex today... extremely
SMALL!! WAY too SMALL to contain $158.00 worth of stuff! Hmm....
open the box and there are exactly 4 items in it! 4! FOUR! JUST
FOUR! The powder, the 2 Nouveau gels, and the box of nail
tips. GAWD! WHERE IS MY $HELLAC!? WHERE ARE MY KOALA
BUFFERS!? Ok.. the invoice says the Koala buffers are out of stock,
but the other products are not even MENTIONED! So.. I figure that
the order didn't go thru as complete thru the website, even though I
received a confirmation e-mail listing what I ordered that INCLUDED
the $hellac stuff! So.. I call Premier.. and was told... Oh well,
looks like as we filled orders we used up all our stock on those
items before we filled your order and no we can't tell you when we
will be getting them in again. SIGH! I am SO disappointed that
they did not let me know that they were out of the items that I
REALLY REALLY REALLY needed! AND that it took them so long to ship
me the measely little 4 items that they DID have in stock! So.. I'm
back to square one.. Only now I have wasted 8 days NOT looking for
$hellac basecoat and topcoat because I thought I was actually
getting them! Grrrrrr... Back to the drawing board..
