Kelley Marie.. generally speaking you can use any technique with any
product.. Glitter is glitter - not taking away from any ones sales
here.. but we all sell glitter, some company or site have a happier
color that you may HAVE TO HAVE :)
You can do the same thing/technique with nails just as Holly shows in the video
