I can prepaint nail tips with a sog black. Or vice versa. Or maybe not prepaint. That might not be a good idea. Glue on the black tips and overlay with a clear sog with two coats. Apply some glitter or rhinestones. Do you think the tip will glue on to the sog? Angie Wingerter
