I use ScrubFresh also, but plenty of techs use a variety of others, to include just plain alcohol. I think, whatever you choose to use, be sure you scrub each nail for a full 5 seconds! I had a hard time at first also, I can honestly say I don't think I was cleaning the nail enough at first I now mani, wash, scrub fresh and scrub on the base coat.
