Doing the happy dance!!!!!! I don't mind the pots, I like the brush on. Eco has awesome colors and would never decided NOT to use it because it comes in a pot. But would be nice to have brush on so I don't have to worry about cleaning my gel brush out each time!!!!!!!!! Elaine you are AWESOME!!!!!!!!!! diana from indiana

Hang on...there's more (I sound like a "Order now and you'll get one more thing" commercial.

Pot Gels vs Bottle Gels.

Eco is in a pot because the viscosity (thick or thinness) is too thick to go into a bottle. And don't like the viscosity make you think it takes longer to soak off. It has nothing to do with that. Eco is 5 mins. But Eco is 100% gel with gel pigment. No solvents that evaporate. You can take several colors and mix them together to make other colors (because it is Gel and Gel Pigment). You can also use it over a sport length tip. You can sculpt or repair broken nails. You can fill them (though I find it is faster to just take it off and do a new application). If you have clients with severe ridges in their nails (common in elderly clients) Eco will smooth them out and give them a glossy smooth nail. Eco is more like an "overlay" with polish color....not just polish color.

Honestly....there are two categories...those meant to be "polish" and those meant to be an overlay + Polish. Because I feel there is room in salons for both products, I'm actually almost done formulating my UV Polish. So you'll have choices with Eco.

That's It. Just wanted to add all the wonderful perks.

Gelish is made by Harmony. It comes in a white nail polish bottle with a clear circle that shows the color. It is gel with pigment and it applies like a thick polish. They have their own base and top just like everyone else. Works great! You can use it with a traditional 9 watt UV light or their LED light.

Eco is a gel polish that comes in a pot. You apply their basecoat and can use a polish top coat or a gel topcoat. It cures with a 9 watt UV light.

One little correction Simmy, eco needs a 4bulb 36w lamp and works best with the tunnel type lamps.
eco is a gel/pigment mix also, but of gel consistency
