in the detergent aisle of my local A +P I found a product that removed ALL of the red polish from my white capri pants. I think it is called stain devil or something like that (I am in Florida and will be home on Friday night please email me privately to remind me to look at the exact name for you) they have several different solutions for different medias.. ie: gum, grease, lipstick etc. (each has a number) the one I got was #1 ...they were in small yellow, plastic bottles. Good luck! I also used a mix of oxi clean (powder) and water...made into a paste and left it sitting on the spots overnight...I would be cautious and test this first on the inside of your comforter...
