Unimpressed with Kupa's customer service lately... I had a unit that was under warranty so they replaced it which was great, then that unit was making a grinding noise in the hand piece, so I called and they wanted to charge me to work on it! It was less than a month old! I interest convinced them to put it under warranty work, and they didn't return my call, but the unit showed up a week later or so with no handpiece!! I called in and now they aren't returning my call, so now I'm stuck with a unit with no handpiece.
I have an old Upower that I got from my favorite Mr. Bruce Atwood and so I dug it out and have been using it. The handpiece is heavier and my hands faster, but since I can't get Kupa to call me back, I don't have much of a choice.
