No not all colors require 3 coats. It depends on the depth of
coverage you want and the color itself - light or sheer to opaque
colors. The darker and opaque colors many do like the look of 3 very
thin coats - and stir stir STIR them pots! Scrape the sides, scrape
the bottom, fold it over, stir stir stir!!! The darker the colors and
if it has a frost or glitter in there, the more you should be stirring them!
