Cheryl, When Eco has their gel out in a bottle, people will not care which product it is. Creative has done a great job advertising no chip polish...what I have found is. I've had people ask if I'm doing the no chip..yes I am but it's not in a bottle like the ads they are seeing so they are not interest (not all but some). Whatever! My clients love the soak off gel. I look at it like...we have had time to perfect the soak off gel. We can't get the Shellac here either not that I would even bother with the hunting and searching the web. Eco is easy to find and easy to work with. Bingo! Where is the customer service for our nail techs, Creative?? Just sayin...
