I couldn't distinguish "Phillips" on the bulb but either Lorraine or Elaine explained that these bulbs work the same.
I was advised to run a test by curing an amount of clear gel (well, I used clear!) on a clear form. After the appropriate amount of time under the light, I peeled the gel off and checked the surface which was next to the clear form to see if it was sticky. If it wasn't sticky...the gel was cured.
