That's how I do it too...but I do the pedi in reverse order...SOG remove, prep,
reapply, then soak, scrub, lotion massage, paraffin. No chance for paraffin to
interfere!

Maggie,
That is how I do it too. (Like Mare....) I buy the coil cotton that stylists
use for perms... the big 'ol box. :) Then I pull off the size strip that I
need, tear a sheet of foil in half, place the half foil going longways under
the front half of the foot, put acetone on my cotton strip, lay it over the
toenails (loop it around a little on the big toe if its, well, a BIG toe...
lol), then fold the foil over the front of the foot and fold up the little
sides. Wait ten minutes, unwrap, and scrape off the little bit left and clean
off residue with a plastic backed cotton pad. Voila! No muss, no fuss. :) Then
I continue with the pedi like usual...

Thanks Mare! That sounds a little easier than the individual wrapping
technique. I'll try that.

Maggie,

I use a strip of cotton soaked in acetone, then I wrap it around each toe and
cover all the toes with a single piece of foil!

what's the best way you've found to soak off the SOGs from toes?

Yes it will. Most of my clients said they were not interested in the gel polish
because reg polish stays on toes so good anyway and it wasn't worth an extra
$10 to them. Now that they have been coming in in there closed toed shoes they
are wanting it.

I am having an issue with lamps and pedis also. Which lamp do you think is best
for pedis? Lynnette, do you like your two handed lamp for pedis? I can't find
it on the website either.

Lynnette, I think you had purchased a gel lamp from nailite earlier this
year?If so do you like it? I have two brisa lamps but would like to have a
couple for pedis. My pedi room is seperate from my nail station so the going
back and forth is a pain . If anyone has a suggestion that would be great I was
looking at ecos lamp too. Thanks Cheryl
