I picked up a few colors from the China Glaze holiday collection. I'm
going to use Party Hearty on my daughter tomorrow since she requested holiday
nails. They only had one bottle at my Cosmoprof or else I would have picked
up two bottles. This is definately best layered over a color and is very
holiday.

The salon I work in does not have this yet though and I'm not taking mine
in. The owner is a bit slow to get new color releases. Ugh.

Hi Techs,
I was in the Cosmo-Prof beauty supply the other day and saw a bottle of
China Glaze "Party Hearty" nail polish. Wow! THIS is NEW!! Its a clear
base with green and red glitter mixed in it! OMG! This stuff is AWESOME!
Run! Run to the beauty supply and get some! It is SO awesome! I
snatched the bottle off the shelf and said to myself, "I MUST own this polish!
No
matter the cost!" Ok, well, it was like maybe $3.50 a bottle, but hey,
I would have paid much more! I have been playing around with it and I
think I like making a squiggly line across the nail from one corner to the
other the best. I have tried a diagonal line across the tip, doing the entire
tip (like a french but with this polish) I don't like it brushed over the
entire nail so much, I think its much prettier using as an art design
polish. I think the potential for holiday designs with this stuff is going to
equal big bucks! I did a client the other day in a french, then used the
Party Hearty across each nail in a diagonal line. They looked SO awesome!
I told her to take some of my business cards because people were going to
be asking her WHO did her nails! :-) lol!

P.S. Make SURE you use some sort of polish UNDER this stuff! I used it
over Gelousy gel on my nails and could not believe how hard it was to take
off! So.. I'm hoping a base coat or a polish color UNDER it will help it
come off easier!
