And you absolutely better charger her and every other client MORE when they ask for special treatment. Now is the perfect time to revamp your price list and impose it on Jan 1. This should include charges for repairs, add-ons, etc. You decide what to charge, but do it, and stick to it. People, PLEASE CHARGE WHAT YOU ARE WORTH!!
